Key Responsibilities:

• Feasibility Studies: Evaluating project costs, materials within budget.
• Structural Analysis: Calculating stress, load-bearing capacities, and resistance to environmental factors like earthquakes or wind.
• Cost & Resource Allocation: Managing project budgets, equipment sourcing, and materials supply chains.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product recommendations, briefings, demonstrations etc.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in construction or building materials is an advantage but not required
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
• Willing to travel to construction sites across Singapore
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
