Responsibilities
- Providing quality sales and consultation service for soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds and wallpapers
- Having in-depth knowledge of products and understanding clients’ needs to offer the best services while maximizing sales and meeting sales targets
- Preparing of quotations, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Managing projects from sales completion to handover and after sales service to ensure superior client experience
Requirements
- Positive and willing to learn
- Outgoing, confident and courteous
- Target driven and result oriented
- Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
- Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
- Able to converse well in English
- Experience in soft furnishing (curtains, blinds & wallpaper) will be an added advantage
