Job Summary
As a Functional Consultant, you will configure and customize real estate software to meet client needs, manage implementation projects, and deliver client training in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions for individuals or groups to enhance client proficiency with MRI Software
- Facilitate fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to develop technology-based solutions addressing business challenges
- Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications to align with their operational requirements
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Design and develop custom business reports for accounting or property management teams
- Deliver functional and technical consulting services including project management, gap analysis, software installation, configuration, customization, upgrades, health checks, and implementation
- Convert and migrate client business data into MRI Software systems accurately
- Create and configure interfaces between MRI Software and third-party applications to ensure seamless integration
- Enhance MRI Software offerings by customizing products using internal and Microsoft tools
- Write and publish internal articles on relevant business or software topics to share knowledge
- Support the development and delivery of online training courses for clients
Required competencies and certifications
- Provide functional consulting services to clients including gap analysis, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation (from Job Requirements)
- Assist project managers in documenting meetings and tracking tasks and budgets (from Job Requirements)
- Conduct internal functional testing and user acceptance testing with customers (from Job Requirements)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent industry knowledge (from Job Requirements)
- 1-2+ years of experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design and development (from Job Requirements)
- Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions (from Job Requirements)
- Work closely with technical teams on system solutioning and document functional design specifications (from Job Requirements)
- Review customer data and assist in manual data conversion and post-migration validation (from Job Requirements)
