NPI Engineer (PCB Manufacturing, West)

• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support the transition of new products from development to mass production.
• Monitor and improve NPI yield by working closely with customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve technical and process issues.
• Evaluate and qualify new materials and manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements for product performance and reliability.
• Conduct failure analysis, maintain FMEA and Control Plans, and ensure timely closure of quality-related issues and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, quality control, FMEA, and process improvement methodologies.
