Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Review customer requirements, commercial terms and pricing information.

• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost calculations.

• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.

• Manage proposal timelines, clarifications, approvals, and submission deadlines.

• Support commercial handover, purchase orders, invoicing, and project-related activities.

• Maintain proposal records and support process improvements and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in tendering, commercial proposals, bid management, quotations, cost estimation or technical sales.

• Experience in energy, power generation, oil & gas, engineering, EPC, industrial equipment, or service-related industries will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of commercial terms, pricing, and contractual requirements.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes is an advantage.
