BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Conducting regular maintenanceactivities such as unit cleaning, filter replacement, and leak inspection

• Identifying and resolving issueswithin the air conditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions orrefrigerant leaks

• Developing feasibilitypre-installation design proposals and executing installation tasks

• Conducting chemical and overhaulcleaning

• Engaging with customers toassess their requirements and provide information on air conditioning systems

• Adhering to safety protocols andregulations to ensure a secure working environment

• Ensure that all servicestandards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure asmoth operation

• Assist with all scheduling ofdaily operations and special events, to meet budget.

• Demonstrate the ability andwillingness to further develop skills, abilities, and knowledge on their own.

• Must be able to communicateefficiently and be able to work in a team environment.

• Must have basic knowledge ofcomputer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.

• Demonstrate the ability tofollow verbal and written instructions.

• Be able to work flexible workschedules and long hours.

• Develop and put together newprocedures.

• Conduct weekly meetings with theoperators to cover safety, discuss company information and operational issues.

• Provide maintenance support tousers of equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment related faults.
