Role Overview

Member Experience

Be the friendly face of MORROW and help create memorable experiences for every member.

• Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors throughout the facility.
• Support member tours, events, and day-to-day requests.
• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment that reflects the MORROW experience.

Facility Readiness

Help ensure our spaces are always presented at the highest standard.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all member-facing areas.
• Replenish towels, amenities, beverages and other supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure all spaces are fully operational, inviting, and ready for member use at all times.

Team and Operations Support

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support operational activities, event setups and special projects.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless member journey.
• Take initiative and contribute wherever needed to support both the team and our members.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to the little details, and takes pride in creating great experiences.

No prior experience is required. If you have a positive attitude, are reliable, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
