Job Summary

The Storekeeper (Wine) is responsible for the end-to-end handling of alcoholic beverage inventory, including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, and releasing goods. This role ensures accurate stock records, compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, proper duty processing, and coordination with internal teams.

Job Description

• Receiving & Inspection - Receive and verify incoming / returned alcoholic shipments, inspect for damage, and record in inventory systems.
• Inventory Management - Maintain accurate stock records, organise by category, apply FIFO, and monitor stock levels.
• Duty & Tax Processing - Calculate duties, coordinate with finance, and ensure payments and documentation are in order.
• Order Fulfilment - Pick, pack, label, and stage alcoholic products for delivery based on orders.
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure storage meets customs and agency regulations; secure high-value items and maintain audit records.
• Team Coordination - Communicate with purchasing, sales, inventory and logistics teams; report discrepancies and assist in stock counts.
• Housekeeping & Safety - Keep storage area clean and safe; follow handling protocols and report hazards.
• System Updates & Documentation - Use ERP system / manual logs to update inventory and maintain proper documentation for all processes.

Requirements

• Min. O Level / NITEC in Supply Chain Management
• Physically fit to handle goods of about 25 kg, including non-halal products
• Fluent in spoken & written English
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc)
• Forklift License / Customs Declarant ID is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
