Job Summary

Support healthcare operations through data analysis, reporting and performance tracking. Ideal for candidates who are strong in Excel and enjoy working with data.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily healthcare operations and coordination.

• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.

• Consolidate and analyze data from different sources.

• Use Excel and Pivot Tables for data analysis.

• Check and follow up on data discrepancies.

• Prepare reports and insights for management.

• Support process improvements and new initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Administration, or related fields.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and formulas.
