Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Excellence & Governance

· Support ASEAN portfolio review activities and ensure portfolio data quality, consistency, and compliance.

· Analyze regional flavour collections and identify opportunities to improve portfolio effectiveness and relevance.

· Assist in implementing portfolio management best practices and standardized processes across ASEAN markets.

· Support collection maintenance activities and portfolio performance monitoring.

Process Improvement & Functional Excellence

· Partner with regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process simplification and operational efficiency.

· Contribute to initiatives that improve portfolio governance, workflow effectiveness, and cross-market alignment.

· Document and share best practices to strengthen portfolio management capabilities across ASEAN.

Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer

· Support training activities related to flavour portfolio tools, selection methodologies, and collection management processes.

· Share portfolio management expertise and facilitate knowledge transfer between ASEAN and Greater China teams.

· Provide coaching and guidance to users on portfolio systems, tools, and best practices.

Digital & Data Enablement

· Support the adoption of digital tools and data-driven approaches within portfolio management activities.

· Assist in maintaining data accuracy and improving portfolio reporting capabilities.

· Contribute to digitalization initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

· Collaborate with Creation, Application, Marketing, Commercial, and Portfolio teams to support regional business priorities.

· Participate in regional projects related to portfolio optimization, innovation commercialization, and process improvement.

· Serve as a liaison between ASEAN stakeholders and broader regional portfolio teams to facilitate alignment and knowledge sharing.

By the end of the assignment, the incumbent is expected to:

· Improve performance, consistency and governance of ASEAN portfolio management practices.

· Support implementation of identified portfolio and process improvement initiatives.

· Strengthen capability of ASEAN users through training and knowledge-sharing activities.

· Deliver actionable recommendations to support the future development of ASEAN Portfolio Functional Excellence.

Qualifications

Academic Background

· Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline.

Professional Experience

· Experience in flavour portfolio management, flavour creation & application, technical services, or related functions.

· Understanding of flavour collections, portfolio tools, and product development processes.

· Experience working in a regional or cross-functional environment is preferred.
