Job Descriptions

1. Oversee and manage internal IT support operations, provided either remotely or through on-site visits, for branches and affiliated companies in Southeast Asia (Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia), as well as the Turkey branch, which use the systems of the Japanese headquarters, including SAP, SAP BusinessObjects, Intra-Mart, and Concur.

2. Provide support and assistance for local systems used at each location, other than the systems provided by the Japanese headquarters, including BAS and TPics.

3. Respond to and provide support for IT-related inquiries, system issues, and technical challenges raised by users at each location.

4. Provide operational support for Microsoft 365, internal networks, business systems, and related IT infrastructure, as well as propose improvements.

5. Manage IT infrastructure, information security, and IT governance operations across branches and affiliated companies in Southeast Asia and the Turkey branch.

6. Promote, coordinate, and manage the progress of IT-related projects in collaboration with the Japanese headquarters and offices in each country.

7. Prepare and manage IT-related budgets.

8. Prepare monthly reports for the Japanese headquarters.

9. Lead digital transformation (DX) initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency by utilizing cloud technologies, automation (RPA), AI, data analytics, and related technologies.

10. Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Promotion Department and SAP Team at the Japanese headquarters to provide bridge IT management, including the prompt deployment and optimization of system changes, security requirements, and global policies from headquarters across Southeast Asian and Turkey operations.

11．Support the standardization of business processes across multiple countries and compliance with IT security standards (ITGC/J-SOX) by overseeing the implementation and operation of advanced Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms such as Entra ID and SAML, as well as RPA/automation tools such as UiPath.

Requirements

1. At least 10 years of practical experience in Windows Server and Microsoft Azure administration.

2. At least 10 years of practical experience providing support for Microsoft 365, including Office 365.

3. At least 10 years of practical experience providing operational support for SAP and SAP Business Objects (SAPBO).

4. At least 10 years of practical experience in the design and operation of internal networks using FortiGate and Cisco equipment.

5. Strong communication skills with user sat each location, senior management, and vendors.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

7. Ability to execute project plans under the direction of the Japanese headquarters, including budgeting, risk management, and governance.

8. Overseas travel is required, as the position will be responsible for IT infrastructure development at each location, implementation and operational support of core business systems and related systems, and negotiations with local vendors.

9．Business-level or higher Japanese language proficiency is required to directly conduct requirements definition, reporting, and coordination with the IT department and senior management of the Japanese headquarters. English proficiency sufficient to negotiate and communicate with overseas office staff and local vendors is also required.

10．Experience in operating advanced authentication and Single Sign-On(SSO) platforms such as Entra ID/SAML, as well as experience implementing and promoting business efficiency improvements using RPA and automation tools such as UiPath.
