Job Summary

You will prepare and serve desserts and specialty beverages while engaging customers to ensure a satisfying dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and chocolate beverages, including basic latte art, to meet quality standards
• Prepare and plate desserts attractively for customer service
• Process payments accurately using cash registers and payment terminals
• Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation and customer areas to ensure a safe environment
• Work scheduled shifts of 2-3 days per week, including at least one weekend day

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for safe food handling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience working in food and beverage establishments
• Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude toward customers and team members
