Construction Manager

Job Description

• Lead daily site operations, construction planning and overall site coordination across structural, architectural and M&E work scopes.
• Oversee site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues on site
• Identify, coordinate and resolve structural, architectural and M&E technical issues to maintain construction progress
• Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline and recovery of delayed areas
• Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of project status
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations
• Prepare project reports for the Client and internal audit / management review
• Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/project management
• Proven experience in international projects (e.g., Singapore, Middle East, Southeast Asia)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, commissioning, and project lifecycle management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
