Job Summary

Serve as the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to ensure compliance with WSH legislation and maintain safe site operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for the occupier, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations
• Execute duties mandated by WSH legislation to maintain workplace safety standards
• Monitor and align site operations with WSH compliance requirements to mitigate risks
• Prepare and submit accurate WSH documentation to relevant authorities in a timely manner

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid WSHO license to legally perform WSHO duties
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of post-WSHO registration experience working as a WSHO

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold additional certifications in Risk Management and CSSA to enhance safety oversight capabilities
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-national work environment
