Specific Responsibilites
- Process of customer’s orders timely and accurately
- Prompt updating and data entry of freight transactions.
- Liaise actively with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling
- Ensure smooth shipping from vessel sail till ETA at destination.
- Handle Cargo documentation and filing
- Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements
- Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system
- Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system, close file with completeness
- Permit declaration
