About the job

Our Experience Design Internship is designed to introduce you to the world of digital experience design. You will work closely with our Experience Design team, gaining exposure to real projects, real clients, and real processes - not hypothetical classroom exercises. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how ideas turn into interfaces, understand how to solve real problems through design, and build work you’ll be proud to show in your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into wireframes, simple user flows, and UI layouts.
• Apply brand and visual guidelines to create clean, consistent interface designs.
• Create UX and UI screens, visual assets, and layout variations for ongoing projects.
• Prepare mock-ups, simple prototypes, and presentation slides for internal and client reviews.
• Organise and maintain Figma files, components, and design documentation.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
• Observe research, workshops, or usability discussions when available.

Requirements and Qualification

• Curious about UX/UI and eager to sharpen your skills.
• Basic familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (or excited to learn).
• Enjoys solving problems and thinking visually.
• Communicates well, stays organised, and contributes positively to the team.
• Bring enthusiasm, not afraid to try, experiment, and learn.
• Available for a 3–6 month internship, full-time preferred, hybrid/on-site.

Eligibility

• Open to students, graduates, and UI/UX enthusiasts looking to build or transition their career in Experience Design.
• Applicants must be currently eligible to work and undertake an internship in Singapore.
• Work pass sponsorship is not available for this internship. Candidates who require any form of work pass sponsorship will not be considered.
