SHIPPING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with freight forwarders, direct customers, and overseas agencies to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve issues.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as delivery orders, bills of lading, tax invoices, and arrival notices accurately for outgoing and incoming shipments.

• Track and monitor shipments regularly to ensure orders are fulfilled ontime and follow up on delays or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and warehouses to ensure smooth transfer of cargo between suppliers’ warehouses and stuffing warehouses.

• Enter shipment information accurately into the system to maintain up-to date records.

• Support your team by assisting with documentation tasks and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently to meet operational deadlines.

Preferred competencies and qualifications :

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics operations or related roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication skills demonstrated by clear and proactive interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to start work immediately or on short notice.
