- Work on construction site supervising landed residential housing projects.
- Planning, scheduling & control of manpower & material.
- Prepare works program, scheduling, monitoring progress and prepare progress reports.
- Manage group of construction workers.
- Supervise subcontractors and conduct QC checks.
- Prepare shop drawings, method statements, proposals & technical submissions.
- Knowledge & experience in AutoCad and MS Project.
- Implement site safety measures & controls and liaise with Authorities.
- Implement covid safe management measures.
- Attend meetings and liaise with clients & consultants, prepare minutes of meeting.
