Child Care Worker

1. Job Functions:

• Assist residents in the Specialised Pre-schoolers programme with their daily living and healthcare needs, and provide support to the general population when required.
• Perform daily residents’ management.
• Monitor residents’ safety and ensure clients adhere to home rules.
• To ensure that residents in the Specialised Pre-schoolers programme are safe and that their everyday needs are met.
• Engage in positive interaction with residents to build confidence and self-esteem.
• Ensure residents are kept active, entertained, and engaged in developmental activities.
• Monitor and report developmental or safety concerns.
• Serving meals and snacks and regulating rest periods.
• Sanitizing toys and play equipment; organizing/storing toys and materials to ensure order in the Pre-schoolers dormitories.
• Prepare schooling needs.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Able to speak and write basic English

3. Working Hours

• 6 work days per week
