Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management and tracking of operational incidents, including data-related matters and system administration activities.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in developing recommendations and improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to review workflows, implement best practices, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects and daily business requirements.
• Prepare clear and professional written communications, reports, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in in a relevant discipline.
• Prior working experience in the public sector or government-related environment will be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional emails.
• Experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operations support.
• Familiarity with incident management or system administration processes will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and support project activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
