💼 Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales & training team
- Assist in lead management, CRM updates & reporting
- Coordinate workshop logistics (registration, attendance, materials)
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and documentation
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Support marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, event coordination)
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations
✅ Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / A-Level or relevant experience
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Familiar with CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
