Job Summary

You will conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers to offer employment agency services, responding to inbound inquiries generated by advertising or sales efforts. Training is provided; no prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to present and promote employment agency services
• Respond to inbound inquiries about job orders or services to provide accurate information and support
• Engage existing customers through follow-up calls to maintain relationships and encourage service use
• Use clear communication skills to explain service offerings and answer customer questions effectively
• Document call outcomes and customer feedback to support service improvement and sales tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in telesales, preferably within an employment agency context
• Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base
