GHG & Sustainability Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated GHG & Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about sustainability, climate action, carbon management, and energy efficiency, including entry-level candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in the industry.

As a one-stop carbon-neutral technology service provider, we work closely with large manufacturers and industrial clients on greenhouse gas accounting, carbon verification, energy-related projects, decarbonisation strategies, and sustainability solutions. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to real-world carbon and energy projects, supported by structured internal training and a strong network of external experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support greenhouse gas accounting, carbon footprint, carbon inventory, and sustainability-related projects for corporate and industrial clients.
• Assist in data collection, data analysis, emissions calculation, and preparation of technical reports.
• Support GHG verification, validation, and assurance-related assignments in accordance with relevant standards and client requirements.
• Conduct research on sustainability regulations, carbon markets, energy efficiency, decarbonisation technologies, and ESG-related topics.
• Assist in energy audit, emissions reduction, and low-carbon solution projects where required.
• Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, calculation files, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients to collect information, clarify project requirements, and support project implementation.
• Work with internal team members and external technical experts to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant sustainability standards, frameworks, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Climate Change, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Prior internship or project experience in sustainability, ESG, GHG accounting, energy, or environmental consulting will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, carbon management, and the low-carbon transition.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with data and calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin or other regional language skills will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical standards, methodologies, and industry practices.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and external experts.
• Passionate about building a career in the sustainability and carbon services industry.
