Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily logistics operations, including shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and order processing
• Prepare and update documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and reports
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and filing of records
• Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the logistics team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
• Preferably with some experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Information:

• Location: 3 Benoi Road
• Working Hours: 5.5days (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am -12.30pm)
• Salary: SGD 2,000–3,800 per month
