Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage portfolios and conduct regular reviews
• Develop financial plans aligned with client goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Advise clients on wealth management and growth strategies

Requirements:

• A local Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.
