Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Management Trainee will embark on an exciting journey to be part of the F&B team, to be trained to become the future leaders in the F&B industry. The trainee will be joining an entry level position with increasing duties and responsibilities to junior management.

The trainee will be having opportunities to be rotated to every in-house food/drinks brands and job functions within the Company throughout the period of the programme (e.g. 18-24 months). They will work alongside with managers and supervisors within the selected F&B outlets throughout the period of the posting for continued growth and career advancement.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of food/drinks stalls.
  • Assisting the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect of the stall/mini-restaurant.
  • Gaining good knowledge of the food/drinks stalls operation by exposure to respective position within the stall.
  • Supervising store operations, cash control, and shift management.
  • Co-leading the team to create the mini restaurant/stall experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products.
  • Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.
  • Keeping regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness.
  • Communicating daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management.
  • Travelling to different outlets and participating in daily operations as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree Certificate in F&B or any related discipline
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Good time management skills.
  • Willing to travel within Singapore
  • Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the work shift.
  • Able to work 6 days shift work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holiday
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
  • Relevant working experiences in an F&B industry is a plus. Applicants without relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as full training will be provided.
