Job Summary

You will set up and operate CNC milling machines accurately to meet engineering specifications, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and perform tasks assigned by the Foreman to support machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to engineering drawings and job specifications to ensure precision machining
• Operate CNC milling machines effectively to meet production requirements and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation to comply with housekeeping and safety standards
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Foreman to support daily machining operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum ITE Technical Certificate, preferably in Precision Metal Machining

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC milling centres
• Knowledge of tooling criteria, machining applications, and process documentation
