Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight of our Singapore business, with a strong focus on international business development, group coordination and key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term corporate and business strategies.
• Provide executive oversight of the Singapore business and its overall performance.
• Coordinate business strategies and activities with overseas group companies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, shipowners, ship managers, shipyards and business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets.
• Participate in major commercial, investment and management decisions.
• Lead strategic negotiations with major customers and business partners.
• Provide management guidance for marine engineering, ship repair and marine machinery service activities.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and management team to improve operational and financial performance.
• Represent the company in strategic meetings and negotiations with customers, partners and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive senior management experience in marine engineering, marine machinery, ship repair or a related industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the international marine engineering and ship repair business.
• Proven experience in corporate management, strategic planning and international business development.
• Experience managing or coordinating business activities across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial negotiation and key account management skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English for international business communication.
