Wealth Manager

Role Description

We are seeking experienced mid-career professionals with at least 3 years of sales or client-facing background who are looking to make a meaningful career transition into wealth management and financial advisory.

This role is ideal for individuals who have built strong communication, relationship management and sales skills in their current careers and are looking to leverage these strengths in a professional, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and needs-based conversations.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and provide suitable wealth management and financial advisory solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and financial reviews.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through effective relationship management.
• Stay updated on financial products, market developments and industry trends.
• Work closely with senior advisers and the team to deliver quality client solutions.
• Meet individual and team business objectives while maintaining high professional and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales, business development or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in wealth management and financial advisory.
• Candidates from diverse industries are welcome, particularly those with proven sales or client management experience.
• Prior financial advisory experience or relevant industry qualifications.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain the relevant industry qualifications and licences.
