Raffles Health Advisor - Raffles Health Insurance

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Raffles Health Advisor to join Raffles Health Insurance. In this role, you will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their healthcare and insurance needs, and recommend suitable solutions from our range of health insurance products and healthcare services.

This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for developing new customer opportunities, building long-term relationships and contributing towards the team’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers to develop new business opportunities for Raffles Health Insurance products.
• Understand customers’ healthcare needs and recommend suitable health insurance products and healthcare solutions.
• Provide clear and professional advice on insurance products, medical services and relevant healthcare information.
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from initial engagement and product explanation to sales closure and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing policyholders.
• Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct customer engagement, marketing and business development activities for assigned customer segments.
• Follow up on prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and business unit sales targets.
• Keep abreast of developments in health insurance, healthcare products and services.
• Ensure that all customer interactions and sales activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and comfortable engaging new customers.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an interest in a sales-oriented career.
• Interest in the financial advisory, insurance and healthcare industries.
• Prior experience in sales, financial advisory, insurance, healthcare or customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in developing a career in healthcare insurance sales are welcome to apply.
• Relevant financial advisory or insurance qualifications/certifications would be advantageous, where applicable.

You will contribute to the growth of Raffles Health Insurance’s direct sales business by developing new customer relationships, providing appropriate healthcare insurance solutions and achieving assigned individual and team sales targets.
