Admin & Project Coordinator – Renovation

Position: Admin & Project Coordinator – Renovation

- Handle general administrative duties, documentation, filing and project records.

- Reply to customer enquiries and follow up on renovation-related matters.

- Take instructions from the Operations Manager and coordinate daily project tasks.

- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, workers and site personnel.

- Source, arrange and order renovation materials based on project requirements and instructions.

- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure required materials are available for ongoing works.

- Monitor renovation project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.

- Follow up with subcontractors and workers on work schedules, outstanding works and site requirements.

- Coordinate site appointments, inspections, measurements and access arrangements where required.

- Occasionally communicate with clients regarding renovation requirements, selections, schedules, progress and updates.

- Assist with quotations, variation orders, purchase records, invoices, project reports and other supporting documents.

- Provide general administrative, sales and renovation project coordination support.

- Carry out other project-related duties assigned by management.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

Work Arrangement:

Office-based

Working Hours:

9am - 6pm
