HR Director / Head of HR

We are hiring an experienced HR Director / Head of HR to support our client's continued international expansion and upcoming listing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR strategy, organization development and talent management.
• Partner closely with founders and senior management on organization structure, leadership, performance and key talent decisions.
• Build and manage international teams across China, Singapore and other markets.
• Improve performance management, compensation, incentives and succession planning.
• Strengthen HR governance, policies and organizational readiness as the company prepares for listing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR experience with senior HR leadership exposure.
• Experience working in international companies, with strong cross-cultural management capability.
• Able to work effectively with founders while managing international stakeholders and teams.
• Strong experience in organization design, talent, performance and compensation.
• Technology, FinTech, Web3 or financial services background preferred.
• Experience in a listed company, IPO preparation or pre-IPO organization transformation is highly preferred.
