Accounts Executive / Accountant

Salary: S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
• Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile sales and payment records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly payroll and CPF submissions
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other financial reports
• Assist with corporate income tax filing and annual financial matters
• Maintain proper accounting records, invoices, receipts and supporting documents
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities when required
• Handle accounting and reconciliation for multiple business entities
• Provide financial information and reports to management when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Relevant accounting experience in Singapore
• Familiar with Singapore payroll, CPF and corporate tax matters
• Experience handling full set of accounts preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Able to work independently
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
