Principal Architectural Project Executive

Key Requirements:

a. Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building project.

b. Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects .

c. Successfully completed at least three projects at the construction and handover stages.

d. Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.

e. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements.

f. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic

g. Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.

h. Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable to handle fast paced projects.

i. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.

j. Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CLIENT, and other stakeholders.

k. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,with the abilityto interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.
