Senior Architectural Project Executive

Key Requirements:

a. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building project.

b. Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects

b. Successfully completed at least two projects at the construction and handover stages.

c. Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.

d. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements.

e. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA

(Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.

f. Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable of handling fast-paced projects.

g. Good interpersonal, writtenand verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.

h. Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CLIENT, and other stakeholders.

i. Advanced knowledge of MicrosoftOffice, with the ability to interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations
