Senior Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Key Requirements:

a. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 8 years shall be in supervision of workssimilar in complexity, in particular major construction works in buildingsor utilities services layingand testing and commissioning.

b. Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.

c. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.

d. Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.

e. Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records on the progress of works.

f. Pro-active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit.

g. Possess competency in frontline interface coordination and inspections for MEP works and keep accurate interface records to monitor and close out integration and interfacing issues.
