Join the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) eCommerce Client Service (eCS) team, part of the newly formed Digital Client Services, tasked to reimagine the client experience and unlock the value in client service. You will provide pre-execution operational support for the Investment Bank’s proprietary and multi-dealer electronic trading platforms, serving a broad range of external clients including include Asset Managers, Pension and Life Funds, Government Funds, Hedge Funds, Broker Dealers, Global Custodians, Agent Banks, Corporations, Retail clients and other Financial Institutions.

As an FX and Commodities eCommerce Client Service Associate, you will provide pre-execution operational support for the Investment Bank’s proprietary and multi-dealer electronic trading platforms. You will focus on client onboarding, product enablement, technical support, and client query resolution, partnering across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will also participate in regional and global projects that reengineer and accelerate onboarding to meet business service levels.

Job responsibilities

• Enable clients and users onto e-Trading platforms (internal and vendor) in a timely and accurate manner.

• Provide training and demonstrations to clients on the in-house e-Trading platforms.

• Participate in regional and global projects focused on strategic reengineering to accelerate onboarding queues and meet business-defined SLAs.

• Generate data to aid business decisions and drive management resourcing.

• Identify and remediate client issues and queries raised by Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, or the client rapidly, liaising internally to resolve client system access and connectivity issues.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Proactiveness and willingness to drive new initiatives and changes.

• Good analytical skills, due diligence, and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in sales middle office or client service roles, in the eCommerce space preferred.

• Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous as the role requires written and spoken communications with clients based in China.

• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
