About this job
Job Scope:
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Able to apply basic patient care
- Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Requirements
- Min N Levels/O Levels/NITEC/A Levels/Dip
- Min 2 to 3 years of Clinic assistant / Patient Service Associate experience
