Corporate Event Executive

Pre-requisition

· Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related field of study

· Minimum 3 years of related working experience

· Experience in event planning/coordination in a corporate environment is preferred.

· Able to work tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.

JobDescription:

· Plan and execute corporate events, including venue booking, room setup and layout coordination, and arrangement of audio-visual equipment to ensure smooth event operations.

· Coordinate with vendors including caterers, decorators, and transport providers to obtain and evaluate quotations, and finalize delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient event execution.

· Prepare and coordinate event materials,including EDMs, onsite registration, emergency plans, posters, checklist and other event related documents.

· Act as the main point of contact for attendee queries, send invitations, and track RSVPs.

· Provide administrative to process purchase orders, track expenses against set budgets, and handle vendor invoices.

· Provide the on-site event support including managing registration desks, distribute event materials, and resolve day-of issues.

· Create and publish content suchas EDMs, event articles, photos, videos

· Manage the intranet portal content with updates news, announcements, company information.

Technical Skill Sets:

Computer software: MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Content Management System, SharePoint, Adobe
