Retail Sales Promoter (Health Supplements)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Promoter to actively promote health supplements and deliver excellent customer service at retail outlets, pharmacies, roadshows, and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate health supplement products to customers to increase product awareness and sales
• Explain product features, ingredients, benefits, and recommended usage clearly to help customers make informed decisions
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to build positive customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively engaging customers and closing sales
• Monitor and report sales performance regularly to the Sales Team for tracking and improvement
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure sufficient stock availability to support sales activities
• Collect and document customer feedback and market information to inform product and sales strategies
• Support promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and roadshows as assigned to maximize brand exposure
• Follow company policies, workplace safety requirements, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, health supplements, wellness products, FMCG, or related industries is advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled
• Basic digital literacy to perform sales reporting and communication tasks
