Work location: Hybrid (Boon Lay + WFH)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead health services, implementation, and evaluation research projects from design to delivery.
- Develop research protocols, methodologies, data collection tools, and analysis plans using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, interpretation, and evidence synthesis.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, reports, publications, and service improvement recommendations.
- Manage project timelines, governance, ethics, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support grant applications, publications, and research dissemination.
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Public Health or any relevant healthcare related field (Fresh Masters graduates are welcome to apply)
- Academic or professional hands-on experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation
- Experience with analytical software, such as R, Stata, SPSS,NVivo, or equivalent tools, will be a strong advantage
