Responsibilities:

• Help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to assist customers.
• Maintain accurate POS system data.
• Support daily store tasks like cleaning and restocking shelves.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Share feedback on customer preferences and store operations.
• Perform other tasks as needed by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Retail is preferred
• Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
• Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
• Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
