APAC Health & Safety Manager(Data Center & Critical Facilities)

• Build and execute the regional EHS strategy, risk management programs, and country-specific action plans compliant with local APAC regulations.
• Guide project and technical teams on Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols across data center and field environments.
• Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for enterprise clients, lead contractor audits, and oversee subcontractor safety onboarding.
• Lead root-cause investigations for site incidents or near-misses, track corrective actions, and oversee injury management and return-to-work protocols.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain ISO-aligned documentation, track APAC safety KPIs, and deliver targeted training to foster a strong safety culture.

job requirement

• Degree in Engineering / Safety or equivalent
• 8–10 years of progressive EHS leadership within critical infrastructure, data centers, MEP, or technical construction environments.
• Proven track record building EHS management systems from scratch, deep knowledge of APAC safety legislation, and hands-on experience with RAMS and PTW.
• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel regionally across APAC (approx. 30–50%) for site audits and project support; fully office/site-based arrangement.
