Telephone Operator (West Region)

Job Summary

You will coordinate servicing, repairs, and fault management operations at the Fault Management Centre in west Singapore, respond promptly to incidents following SOPs, generate fault reports, and support facility supervisors in various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, repairs, and monitor smooth operations at the Fault Management Centre in West Singapore
• Respond promptly and appropriately to faults, incidents, and complaints according to established SOPs
• Generate detailed fault reports to document issues and resolutions
• Support facility supervisors by assisting in additional operational roles as instructed
• Handle telephone calls and emails with proper etiquette and timely responses

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum three (3) ‘O’ level passes including English, and Nitec or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• At least one (1) year of frontline or call center experience involving customer interaction
• Proficient in English, computer literate, and possess adequate typing skills
• Willingness to perform night shifts twice a week

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in one additional language besides English (to facilitate communication in a multilingual environment)
