Facilities Technician (Semiconductor Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all office and manufacturing facility infrastructure.
• Maintaining building systems, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Supporting business continuity through effective facilities management.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE Technical Certification in: Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
• Skills: Building maintenance, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, HVAC systems, Plumbing, Fire protection systems, Preventive maintenance planning, Contractor management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
