Junior HR Executive

If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and wants to grow across different areas of HR, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate interviews and support new hire onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll and attendance-related matters
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee enquiries
• Assist with offboarding and exit processes
• Support HR projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: 9.30am-6pm
Salary: 2.6k-3k
