Admin Assistant

• Location: Tai Seng – 1-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT
• Working Hours: Monday -Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks
• Assist with preparing, organizing and filing documents
• Handle general paperwork and documentation
• Assist with employee records and data entry
• Assist with attendance, leave and staff records
• Prepare HR letters, forms and other documents when required
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding paperwork
• Support recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and maintaining recruitment records
• Assist in updating trackers and reports
• Follow up with staff on required documents and forms
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Department
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
