Accounts Executive/ Accountant

Mon-Fri 9am -6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, audit schedules, account reconciliations, and inter-company confirmations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of GST, tax filings, and other statutory requirements in a timely manner
• Manage and support monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, CPF submissions, and payroll reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary, and relevant authorities as required
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and support annual stock take activities
• Support the review and documentation of financial processes and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities
• Provide support to team members when required
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.

• Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge and experience of Xero is a major plus.

• Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines

• Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be in a fast-paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements
