Buyer– Semiconductor Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join a growing semiconductor manufacturing operation in Singapore.

This role will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, supplier management, commercial negotiations and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and onboard suitable suppliers to support operational requirements.

• Manage procurement of goods and services, including pricing, commercial terms and delivery negotiations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.

• Analyze procurement costs, market trends and supplier competitiveness to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality requirements and relevant regulations.

• Support other procurement and supply chain activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is required.

• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.

• Good understanding of sourcing, supplier management and commercial negotiations.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
