Position title : Data & Marketing Senior Executive / Supervisor

Location: Kallang

Working Day: 5 Days (Mon - Fri) Overtime is required.

Working Hour: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Salary : $3900 to $5500

Responsibilities:

• Role: Combine data analysis and marketing leadership to build the foundational datasets and insights that drive sales analysis and market development using Microsoft, SAP, and Company software.
• Build and maintain the datasets and reports that define sales direction; turn those data-driven insights into targeted marketing and sales actions and guide and execute those initiatives.
• Marketing scope: Lead integrated B2B marketing activities — promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement — and guide the marketing team toward measurable growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4-9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven, data-driven marketing, campaign executive, and lead-generation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; experience building reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
• This role may involve overseas travel (overnight, for events / campaigns)
